Leadership Training Program
The founding societies believe that it is not sufficient to provide a “traditional” training program. Our professions are called to a higher accountability. Just as social responsibility and environmental stewardship are foundations for our professions, they are also woven into the Emerging Leaders Alliance.
Participants in this program
are selected by the member societies based upon the potential for leadership in
the engineering and scientific community.
Leaders Discussion Board
An online leadership forum has been
created that provides resources and discussion boards for participants. Visit the Emerging Leaders Online Leadership Forum. (Access is restricted to participants only.)
